### 1) Eligibility and Account

- You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (minimum 13+) to use the Service.

- You are responsible for your account and credentials and for all activities under your account.

- Provide accurate information and keep it updated.

### 2) Use of the Service

- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and per these Terms and our Privacy Policy (`www.humanbot.app/privacy`).

- If the Service connects to Facebook products (e.g., Pages, Messenger), you must comply with all applicable Meta/Facebook terms, policies, and standards.

- Do not misuse the Service (e.g., probe/scan systems, bypass security, send harmful or illegal content).

### 3) Permissions and Facebook Integration

- Some features require permissions to access your Facebook account, Page(s), or related data. Granting permissions authorizes us to process that data solely to provide the features you enable.

- You may revoke permissions via Facebook settings; doing so may limit or disable certain features.

### 4) User Content

- You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.

- You represent you have the rights to your content and it does not violate laws or third-party rights.

### 5) Intellectual Property

- The Service (software, features, brand elements) is owned by or licensed to us and protected by IP laws.

- Except as permitted, you may not copy, modify, create derivative works, reverse engineer, or distribute the Service.

### 6) Third-Party Services

- The Service may rely on or link to third-party providers (e.g., Meta/Facebook, hosting, analytics). We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their terms, policies, or content.

- Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies.

### 7) Privacy

- Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy at `www.humanbot.app/privacy`.

- For Facebook user data deletion requests, email `help@15minuteplan.ai` with subject “Facebook Data Deletion Request.”

### 8) Fees and Payments (if applicable)

- If paid features are offered, pricing and billing terms will be shown at purchase or subscription; taxes may apply.

- Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

### 9) Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

- Violate applicable laws or third-party rights;

- Upload/transmit malware, spam, or harmful code;

- Attempt unauthorized access or interfere with security or operations;

- Circumvent quotas, rate limits, or access controls;

- Use the Service to develop or train competing models/products except as expressly permitted.

### 10) Service Changes and Availability

- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time.

- We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

### 11) Beta and Experimental Features

- Some features may be beta/experimental and provided “as is,” potentially with reduced or changing functionality. Feedback may be used to improve the Service.

- The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

- We do not warrant the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

### 13) Limitation of Liability

- To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

- Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the greater of: (a) amounts you paid (if any) for the Service in the 3 months before the claim, or (b) USD 100.

### 14) Indemnification

- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chip Business Solution Co., Ltd., and our affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or law.

### 15) Suspension and Termination

- We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or risks to the Service or others.

- Upon termination, your rights under these Terms cease immediately. Sections that by nature survive (e.g., IP, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law) will survive.

### 16) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

- These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

- You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Bangkok, Thailand, unless another forum is required by applicable consumer law.

### 17) Changes to Terms

- We may update these Terms periodically. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest changes. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice.

- Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
