2) What data we collect

- Account and profile data: name, email, profile picture, Facebook user ID, language/locale.

- Facebook Pages data (if permissions granted): Page ID, Page name, Page access token, Page settings/metadata needed for App functionality.

- Messaging content (if applicable): messages sent to your Page via Messenger to enable chatbot and support workflows.

- Usage and device data: logs, timestamps, IP address, browser/OS information, referring URLs, and in-app actions for security, analytics, and fraud prevention.

- Optional inputs: files or media you choose to upload, feedback, and support requests.

3) How we use data

- Provide and operate the App (authentication, chatbot functions, Page management, messaging features).

- Maintain safety, security, and integrity (monitoring, fraud prevention, abuse prevention).

- Improve and develop features (analytics, debugging, research).

- Communicate with you (support, important notices, service emails—no spam).

- Comply with legal obligations and Meta Platform Terms.

5) Sharing and disclosures

We do not sell personal data. We may share with:

- Service providers/Processors: hosting, storage, analytics, logging, error monitoring, customer support, and (if applicable) AI/ML providers strictly to operate features.

- Meta/Facebook: as required to enable App functionality and comply with Platform terms.

- Legal/compliance: if required by law, regulation, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety.

All processors are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.

6) Data retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law/contract. When no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it per our retention schedule.

7) Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the risk (access controls, encryption in transit where applicable, least-privilege practices). No method is 100% secure.

8) Children’s privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the age of digital consent in your region). We do not knowingly collect such data. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

9) International transfers

If data is transferred outside your country/region, we implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs, DPA terms) as required by law.

10) Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and data portability. To exercise rights, email help@15minuteplan.ai. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

11) Facebook-specific disclosures

- We only use Facebook data as described and as needed to provide App features you enable.

- We do not request or use permissions beyond what is necessary.

- We do not sell Facebook data; we do not share it with third parties except processors acting on our behalf or as required by law.

- If you remove the App’s access via Facebook settings or request deletion, we will delete your Facebook data associated with the App, subject to any legal obligations.

12) Data deletion instructions

You may request deletion by emailing help@15minuteplan.ai with the subject “Facebook Data Deletion Request” and include your Facebook user ID and the Page(s) concerned (if applicable).

13) Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, where required, provide additional notice.
